Sip & Sew Gingerbread House Workshop

Get into the festive spirit with a creative evening of stitching, sipping and sparkle!

Join Miss Shelly Designs, textile designer (and Kirstie’s Handmade Christmas contestant!) for a cosy Sip & Stitch Christmas Workshop at Joan, Berkhamsted.

You’ll enjoy a glass of Prosecco while learning how to hand-sew your very own felt Gingerbread House Christmas decoration. Shell (Miss Shelly) will guide you step-by-step, sharing expert sewing tips and creative techniques along the way.

The gingerbread House will be decorated with knitted wreaths, or mini doors, sparkly bows and many other cute embellishments! Everything will be taught and materials provided.

Whether you’re completely new to sewing or already love to stitch, this relaxed workshop is the perfect way to spend a festive evening. Come with a friend or come solo and meet fellow makers - either way, you’ll leave with something beautiful and handmade to treasure.

- This workshop is for adults. If you would like to bring a young person along, please message me before purchasing their ticket so I can advise on whether the workshop will be suitable.

- One glass of prosecco or a hot drink included. 

- Tickets are non-refundable. 

- No paper tickets will be sent – your order confirmation email is all you'll need. Full venue details will be provided closer to the event.
