I currently have a lovely backlog of orders to work through (thank you so much for keeping me busy! ❤️).
As it’s just me drawing, cutting and hand-stitching each of your bespoke designs, all personalised and made-to-order items currently have a making time of up to 4 weeks before dispatch. This includes pet ornaments, stitched portraits, personalised Christmas decorations and any other customised designs. Please remember that you’ll also need to allow additional time for delivery once your order has been dispatched.
Please bear this in mind when ordering, particularly if you need your order for a specific date.

Customs Charges & Import Fees
I'm always delighted to send my handmade creations around the world, but please be aware that orders sent outside the UK may be subject to customs charges, import VAT and handling fees when they arrive in your country.
EU Customers: Import VAT, customs charges and handling fees may apply when your order arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the price of your order or delivery costs. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
USA Customers: For most orders, taxes and duties are included in the price paid at checkout, so you should not normally incur any additional charges on delivery. However, customs policies can change and, in the unlikely event that any additional charges are applied, these will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Please take any potential customs fees into consideration before placing your order, as I am unable to refund or cover customs charges, import duties, taxes or handling fees applied by your country's customs authority.
