Shipping & Delivery Policy

While I always aim for smooth and timely delivery, occasional delays can happen that are beyond my control. If you're in the UK and haven’t received your order within five working days of dispatch, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. For international orders, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.

In the rare event of non-delivery, please contact me within 30 days of placing your order so I can investigate and help resolve the issue.
